Avocado, Tomato, and Peach Caprese
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 2 homegrown tomatoes, halved and sliced into wedges
- 2 homegrown peaches, halved, pitted, and sliced into wedges
- 1 ball (8 ounces) sliced fresh mozzarella
- Dierbergs extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic Glaze
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Place avocados, tomatoes, and peaches in large bowl. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze and olive oil. Sprinkle cheese over top. Season with pepper.
