Beanie Weenies in a Bag
Ingredients
- 1 package (14 ounces) smoked cocktail weiners, each cut into 3 pieces
- 1 can (28 ounces) baked beans
- ½ cup Dierbergs ketchup
- ¼ cup firmly packed Dierbergs brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 9 bags (1-ounce each) of your favorite chips
- 1 bag (8 ounces) Dierbergs shredded cheddar cheese
- Dierbergs dairy sour cream
Directions
In large saucepan, stir together cocktail weiners, baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and garlic powder; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Open bags of chips. Carefully ladle ½ cup bean mixture over chips in bags. Sprinkle with cheese and top with dollop of sour cream.
