Blackberry Tartine with Goat Cheese, Pistachios, and Honey
Ingredients
- 1 container (4 ounces) spreadable goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
- 4 slices toasted or grilled artisan bread
- 1 carton (6 ounces) fresh blackberries
- ¼ cup roasted and salted pistachios, coarsely chopped
Directions
In small bowl, stir together goat cheese and honey until well mixed.
Divide mixture among bread slices, spreading to edges. Top with blackberries, pistachios, and drizzle of honey.
