Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, and cut into chunks
  • ⅓ cup Dierbergs dairy sour cream
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup diced seeded tomato
  • 1 small jalapeño, halved, seeded, deveined and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place avocados in medium bowl and mash with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.

 

Cover and chill 30 to 45 minutes to develop flavors.

 

Serve with tortilla chips.
