Fresh Summer Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices Dierbergs Bakery artisan bread
- 1 container (12 ounces) Dierbergs Kitchen Dill Dip
- 1 package (8 ounces) Dierbergs sliced Havarti cheese
- Veggies of your choice:
- Lettuce leaves
- Freshly grated carrot
- Sliced bell pepper, cucumber, zucchini, yellow squash, radish, red onion, tomato, spinach
Directions
Spread Dill Dip on 2 bread slices (reserve remaining Dill Dip for other uses). Layer cheese and your favorite fresh veggies over Dip; top with remaining bread slices.
