Ingredients
- 1 container (10 ounces) grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup minced shallot
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Dierbergs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic or white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro or Italian parsley
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir to combine. Let stand 15 minutes to develop flavors.
