Ingredients

  • 1 container (10 ounces) grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup minced shallot
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Dierbergs extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro or Italian parsley
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir to combine. Let stand 15 minutes to develop flavors.
