- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons Pickapeppa® sauce (divided)
- 1 beef London broil or flank steak (about 1¾ pounds)
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of the Pickapeppa sauce. Let stand 15 minutes to develop flavors.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the Pickapeppa sauce over each side of steak. Let stand 15 minutes.
Season steak with salt and pepper. Place steak on oiled grid over medium-high heat; cover and grill until internal temperature is 135°F., about 5 minutes per side.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain. Serve with Pickapeppa Mayo.
