- 2 pounds homegrown peaches, peeled and sliced (4 cups sliced)
- ¼ cup Dierbergs sugar
- 2 teaspoons Fruit Fresh (Dierbergs Baking Aisle)
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Dierbergs sugar
- 2 ounces Dierbergs bourbon
- Club soda, chilled
FOR SWEETENED PEACH PURÉE: In blender container, combine homegrown peaches, sugar and Fruit Fresh; blend until smooth.
FOR PEACHY MINT JULEP: In 2-cup glass measure, combine mint leaves and sugar; muddle by pressing with twisting action.
Add ½ cup Peach Purée; muddle until well mixed. Add bourbon.
Divide mixture between 2 ice-filled glasses. Top each with club soda. Serve immediately.
