Sliced Melon with Honey Rosemary Syrup
Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dierbergs sugar
- 1 rosemary sprig
- Watermelon slices
Directions
In 4-cup glass measure, combine water, honey, sugar, and rosemary until well mixed. Microwave high until reduced to ⅔ cup.
Strain mixture through fine sieve into small bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to several days to develop flavors.
Drizzle syrup over melon slices
