Where can I find nutritional information, ingredients, or allergens for items sold online?

Can I buy Dierbergs gift cards online?
Yes. Click here to buy a Dierbergs gift card. 


Where can I find my order confirmation?
With each order placed on or the Dierbergs App, you will receive an order confirmation email with all of your order details. (Please check your spam folder if you cannot locate.

Additionally, you will be able to view your order history in the Account section of the Dierbergs app and on

When I picked up my order an item was missing.
We're so sorry your order was not correct and we want to make it right! If you find that an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service Manager here or by phone at 636-532-8884 so we can make this right for you.


I just received a promotion code for an item I just ordered. How can I get credit?
Please contact our Customer Service Manager here or by phone at 636-532-8884 so we can look into this and issue a credit if applicable.


How long will items remain in my cart?
Items added to the cart are removed if checkout isn't completed within 14 days.


Can I use EBT to pay for my online order?
EBT payment is currently not accepted for online orders.


Can I earn points on online purchases?
Yes, as long as you are logged in to the same account you use for Dierbergs Rewards when you complete your order, you will earn 15 points for every dollar you spend, just like in store. Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours from when you pick-up your order or 24 hours from when it was delivered.


Do I need to have a Rewards Account to order online?
No, a Rewards account is not required. You can check out using our guest system if you would prefer. However, without an account, your order will not count for Rewards points. We'd love for you to join us, so if you decide you'd like to create an account, you can do so during checkout.





Can I place a rush order for a decorated cake?
Rush orders can not be completed online if the cut-off date has passed. If you require a cake before the first available order date, please call your local Dierbergs Bakery for assistance.


How do I submit a photo for a photo cake?
Photo cakes are currently not available for ordering online. If you'd like to customize your cake with a photo, bring it to your local Dierbergs Bakery, where our friendly and helpful Associates will be glad to assist you by showing you our decorated cake catalog in-store, including our complete line of photo cakes. Please note, we are not able to accept copyrighted images for reproduction on our cakes without a written release.





Can I get same-day floral delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday. Order must be placed before 10 a.m. CST.


Can I pick up my flowers in-store?
Yes, you can order for pickup at your nearest Dierbergs. Arrangements will be available in the Flower & Gifts department on your chosen day when you complete your order online. Please note that same-day pickup is only available Monday through Saturday if placed before 10 a.m. CST, and items will be available after 3 p.m. CST at your selected store.

For orders requiring a Sunday pickup, order must be placed before 10 a.m. the day before or earlier.

For Monday pickups prior to noon, order must be placed by Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Can I change my floral order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your floral order up to 24 hours in advance by phone at 314-692-2000


How will I know my flowers are delivered?
We are unable to provide delivery confirmation via website or app at this time.Please contact us at 314-692-2000 to inquire about delivery status.
